Typography

Modern, confident typography is an important part of the DMCC visual identity. The five weights of our primary typeface, Gotham, offer  an enormous amount of flexibility when communicating to our audience. We treat our messages with impact and assurance.

Primary fonts

This is the primary DMCC logo, in Sapphire Blue. The DMCC logo is available in white and black too. The DMCC logo is never shown in any other colours than Sapphire Blue, White and Black.

  • img-font-display-gotham

    Gotham is our primary corporate font. It should be used at all time unless otherwise stated.

  • img-font-display-dubai

    The Dubai Font is our main corporate Arabic font and it should be used at all times unless otherwise stated. It should also be used in official correspondence for English i.e. letters. For further guidance please contact the marketing team.

  • img-font-display-pingfang

    Ping Fang font is our main corporate Chinese font and it should be used frequently unless otherwise stated.

If you are an external supplier you must purchase your own license to use this font. It is available from here: https://www.typography.com/fonts/gotham/styles/

Secondary fonts

  • img-font-display-arial

    Arial is our secondary font.

    It is used predominantly by DMCC employees and when it is not possible to use Gotham externally. However, special permission by DMCC marketing must be obtained before applying externally.

  • img-font-display-simsun

    SimSun is our secondary Chinese font.

    The most commonly used Chinese font is only available when it is not possible to use the Ping Fang font.  

    Special permission by DMCC marketing must be obtained before using externally.
