We advise that DMCC should adopt the same structured approach to organising files similar to Oxygen's method.
How Oxygen organised HubSpot files
A ‘o2-Website 2023 Assets’ exists on HubSpot with 2 different sub-folders:
- o2-Website 2023-PDF Updates (Nov 23) - PDF files are uploaded to this folder. When uploading any PDFs, make sure they are uploaded to this folder and subfolders are used to identify what page this comes under.
- o2-Website 2023-Design Assets - Images and graphic files are uploaded to this folder. When uploading any images, make sure they are uploaded to this folder and subfolders are used to identify what page this comes under.
